Manly v Souths at Brookvale

Ben Walker made his return to the NRL playing for Souths against his old team Manly. He played OK, but Souths were badly outplayed by a red-hot Sea Eagles outfit.
My other comment, and I've already been cut down on the BigFooty NRL board and on Austadiums for suggesting it; is that I was totally underwhelmed with Brookvale as a venue. The facilities there are totally substandard, and the ground only holds 18,500 which isn't enough. I don't know how Manly fans put up with the place.

I don't get to many NRL games, the AFL and my commitments with the local Sydney AFL competition keep me busy in winter. It's possible that game might be the only NRL game I will get to this year - I certainly won't be going back to Brookvale.
